Traditional executive coaching is built around a rigid sequence of regular, hour-long calls that add yet another meeting to your already over-scheduled calendar. It’s a model that is not available when you need it and forces you to find time that you don't have.

Real leadership requires space to think ahead, to process events and strategise for the long term. This is why I have created my AI-augmented, asynchronous executive coaching model, combining human insight with intelligent tools.

How it Works

Our partnership is built on a continuous, private conversation. When you have a challenge, a question, or a complex situation you need to process, you record a voice note or write a message and send it to me via our private client communication hub. I will respond within 4-6 hours with a thoughtful, focused reply, offering perspective, asking clarifying questions, and providing actionable guidance.

There are no scheduled calls and no pressure to perform. I provide a dedicated space for you to reflect, and get the expert feedback you need to move forward with confidence.

Our partnership unfolds in three phases, designed to build your personal AI-augmented leadership operating system while remaining responsive to your unique needs and the evolving requirements of your role.

1. Foundation: Strategy and Systems Mapping

We begin with a 2-hour Strategy and Systems Mapping Session to establish a deep understanding of your current circumstances, and to co-create the foundations of your personalised leadership operating system. Elements include:

  • Understanding your personal and leadership requirements
  • Mapping out organisational dynamics and key stakeholders
  • Setting goals and constraints
  • Auditing the existing tools you already use on a regular basis
  • Starting to explore opportunities with AI workflow potential
  • Establishing our basis for trust, relationship and collaboration.

2. Continuous Partnership: Asynchronous and AI-Augmented

After the initial session, our partnership becomes primarily asynchronous. This is where the real work happens.

  • Asynchronous Coaching based on a continuous, private conversation. When you face a challenge, a question, or a complex situation you need to process, you record a voice note or write a message and send it to me. Within 4-6 hours, I respond with a thoughtful, focused reply, offering perspective, asking clarifying questions, and providing actionable guidance.
  • Micro Check-Ins: Beyond the asynchronous work, we'll have occasional live conversations when they add real value. These might be a 15-minute clarity call, a deeper dive on a stakeholder dynamic, or a refinement session on your AI workflows. The depth of our interaction naturally calibrates to your needs and the complexity of what we're working on.
  • AI-Augmented, Not An AI Bot: We co-create personalised AI tools and workflows tailored to your role, challenges, and decision style. Forming the basis for your Leadership OS, these tools help you clarify your thinking, explore scenarios, and spot patterns you might otherwise miss.
