Introducing the Forest-Orchard Resilience System (FORS)

Over the past year, I’ve gone deep into AI. Not just testing tools, but questioning what they mean for how work is organised. The deeper I went, the clearer it became: AI isn’t just another technology cycle, it’s a structural reset for how teams are led and how work gets done.

That insight pushed me to rethink my own practice in change management and leadership coaching. I didn’t want to simply help executives adopt AI tools. I wanted to help them redesign the very architecture of their organisations, so that AI can take root instead of getting stuck on top of legacy complexity.

That’s why I developed the Forest-Orchard Resilience System (FORS).
