Hi, I’m Dawn, founder of Changentum and creator of FORS, the Forest-Orchard Resilience System.

I began my career in corporate communications and quickly moved into helping organisations navigate crisis and change, whether scandals, CEO transitions, technology implementations, or major restructuring. Over more than 20 years, I’ve worked across Europe, the US, and Asia with global corporations including Rolls-Royce, DHL, Lufthansa, Ahold Delhaize, and Syngenta, as well as midsized companies such as HERE Technologies, Stolt Nielsen, and Burson.

My roles have always been cross-functional and multi-regional, centred on engaging stakeholders, influencing outcomes, and mediating through conflict. Fluency in both German and English has been one of my greatest assets in bridging cultures and perspectives.

Today, I advise senior executives and leadership teams on how to scale and transform in the age of AI. My work focuses on designing structures and processes that embed self-reliance, continuous learning, and organisational antifragility. The result: organisations that don’t just withstand disruption, but harness it to elevate performance and competitive advantage.
