About Changentum
The Company
Changentum exists to help senior leaders and organisations build resilience, clarity, and strategic foresight in a disrupted world. We do this through two complementary offerings:
- Leadership OS: asynchronous executive coaching to help you build your own AI-augmented leadership operating system so that you can better navigate disruptive organisational change.
- FORS Library: ongoing research on successful cases studies of novel organisational systems design, to provide actionable insights that can be learned, adapted and applied where relevant in your own organisation.
The Founder
Changentum was founded in 2025 by Dawn Springett as a result of her work in planning, leading and managing organisational change across Europe, the US and Asia.
For more than 20 years, she's been involved in guiding global corporations and mid-sized firms through crises, restructurings, leadership transitions, M&A integrations, and large-scale technology implementations. Throughout her work she recognised that most transformations failures aren't due to a lack of will, but result from structural ambiguity, competing priorities, cultural tensions, and the relentless pressure to make critical decisions with incomplete information. After years of doing the work inside organisations, her focus is now on coaching the leaders navigating such complexities.
Dawn's approach is not based on yesterday's best practices, and she is not about spouting motivational quotes or telling you what you want to hear. Instead, her role is to be your confidential sparring partner, someone who understands the complexity you are facing, warts and all. She's also here to help you develop your own AI-augmented leadership operating system so that you can navigate your organisation through disruptive times with confidence, courage and clarity.
What Makes us Different
Traditional executive coaching is built around regular calls that add yet another meeting to an already over-scheduled calendar.
